Custom Orders
Custom orders are subject to availability depending on what fabrics/ material are available at  the time. If you need something for a specific date you will need to contact at least 14 days in advance. Please email for further enquires.

Sio vintage is our carefully curated collection of vintage clothing, each piece is 1 of 1 and sourced by us.
sizes are listed next to the product titles to allow efficient browsing with additional information on the garments fit, features and condition in the product description. 
please read this carefully as all Sio vintage sales are final.

We ship using Royal Mail 1st class signature service.

 UK 1-3 WORKING DAYS
 EU 4-7 WORKING DAYS 
REST OF THE WORLD 7-9 WORKING DAYS

" Ready to Ship" items will be dispatched within 4 working days of purchase "Made to order" items please allow up to 14 days for dispatch.You will be notified when your order is on the way and all orders are sent with a tracking number provided. 

My Order has not arrived 
The tracking number for your order can be found on your shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout. 

Please do reach out to us if your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of receiving this email ( 8 weeks for international delivery ) 

Please do not contact us before 4 weeks has past as no further enquiry can be made with Royal Mail before then. Once 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.  international shipping is set at a flat rate of £15.
You will be responsible for any additional custom charges your country may add.
 
Refunds/ exchanges  
Due to the creation process and most items being made to order or up-cycled projects, we cannot accept returns or carry out exchanges. Please read the descriptions and sizing carefully and feel free to contact with any further questions before purchasing.

Looking after your Sio piece(s)
The durability of each Sio piece is subject to the material composition and design however to ensure they stay in the best condition we would highly recommend to Handwash or 30 degrees and leave them to air dry.

Do you loan to stylists / shoots? 
Yes, however due to items being made in small quantities, samples allocated for loaning are subject to availability.
Sio Vintage pieces are not available for stylist loans.
